What makes The FixBIOME™ System different from other supplements I’ve tried for my gut?
How long do I take The FixBIOME™ System?
The standard course duration is 6-8 weeks. However, for those with more longer-term issues (over 3 months of gut problems), the duration can change. You can check the duration and recommended maintenance dosages that will be right for you by using our gut health assessment quiz.
How do I take the products? Do you take all the products at once?
Yes. Fix No 1, Fix No 2 and Gut Fix are all taken at the same time, morning and night. Morning:
1 x Fix No1 soft gel
1 x Fix No2 capsule
2 x Gut Fix capsule
Repeat the same each night.
Can I take these products when pregnant?
Firstly, congratulations on your pregnancy from the team at FixBIOME! Like most gut supplements, these products have not been tested for safety during pregnancy. Therefore, we do not recommend taking them. We recommend consulting your physician, midwife, or other qualified healthcare practitioner before using any new product.
Can these be taken by children?
The safety and well-being of your children are of the utmost importance to us and as we haven’t tested this; unfortunately, we can't recommend the products for children.
Are your products gluten-free? GMO-free?
All our products are gluten-free and GMO-free.
Are your products 100% vegan?
Unfortunately, because of the potency of our actives and the selective breakdown we require in the gut based on our research, a vegan capsule was not suitable for Fix No 1.
We hope in time, the vegan capsules will improve, and we will be able to make the switch.
Shipping and delivery
Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to pick up and pack your order. All orders are sent when all items are ready in full - this means that if you have a pre-order item in your order, all items will wait until that latest item is available and then will be sent out at the same time.
Delivery: We ship fast from our facility in Sydney, Australia.
Australia/NZ: Regular shipping is FREE on the course. At checkout on orders, you can also choose express delivery.
Where are the products made?
Our products are made in our TGA-certified Lab in Australia.
Can I take gut supplements with other medications?
Please speak to your healthcare professional. We cannot advise on this.
Do I have to take The FixBIOME System forever?
Not at all. Our focus is on helping you fix the immediate gut issues first. Once you’ve completed the initial course and achieved relief, any ongoing use is simply about maintaining those results. You can choose a lighter, maintenance dosage if needed, or pause altogether if you’re satisfied with your progress. We’re here to guide you either way!
