Due to health regulations, unfortunately we cannot accept the return of any of our dietary supplement products because you have simply changed your mind. Please ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner and choose carefully.

Other returns

Where required (under Australian Consumer Law and USA comparable legislation), FixBIOME will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:

This product has helped me tremendously with recovering from a horrible, debilitating case of some form of gut dysbiosis (SIBO maybe?) whereby after eating I would experience severe bloating and brain fog. I can’t thank the team at FixBiome enough as my stomach issues have more or less completely resolved following a four week course. I will continue to take the product for the foreseeable as I don’t want to relapse (my recent stint of these problems was a repeat from a few years back when they resolved following a very strict diet, but it took two years). I would recommend the product to anyone.

Fantastic. Last year my stomach problems got so bad, I could only eat white rice and vegetables and was having terrible gastro problems. Since using gut fix and no 1 and no 2 I can eat most of all foods I was eating before. This product has given me my life back, I can look forward to meals now and enjoy food again. This has been very good for me after not eating food and surviving on a liquid diet I now can eat a low fobmap diet currently on one very small meal per day
Everyday my stomach is getting better hopefully over time I be able to eat more

First product that worked for my IBS in 25 years

I have been dealing with IBS for over 25 years - severe constipation, bloating, gas and general overall tiredness. I tried a number of things, multiple endoscopies and colonoscopies, eventually I found out that I had SIBO with methane predominance. That’s when I started looking into ways to kill the methanogens in my small intestine. After trying a number of products I finally found some relief with FixBiome. My symptoms improved drastically (although they have not completely disappeared even after 8 months of using the product, but I have been suffering for over 25 years). I would never have a well formed stool, now my stool is well formed and I have much more energy and much less brain fog. Highly recommend this product.
