Product FAQs
Products Fix No1 - Motility and Fix No2 - Control when used together were created for SIBO and other overgrowth. These formulations include biofilm busting ingredients and make for a powerful duo.
For SIBO Fix No1 - Motility, should be taken 3 times a day (with each meal) not 2 times a day as directed on the bottle for general gut health. Fix No2 should be taken one at morning and one at night with food.
We highly advise taking Gut Fix - Repair at the same time. The ingredients included are clinically researched to help restore the gut lining structural integrity that is often damaged during SIBO.
When you have SIBO, your small intestine faces constant stretching caused by the gas production of the overgrowth. This can cause the tight junctions to become lose and not function properly making relapse more likely and leading to other symptoms.
You can shop all 3 here: IBS Half Course
For candida we advise Fix No1 - Motility and Fix No2 - Control.
You can shop them in a bundle here: IBS 1 and 2 Top Up
For leaky gut we advise Gut Fix - Repair.
Gut fix takes a 3 pronged science based approach to addressing leaky gut from in inside out.
Gut Fix - Repair is a great product for those wanting to improve their overall gut health as it enhances many key functions needed for health digestion.
Gut Fix - Repair was designed to enhance your guts ability to extract vital nutrients from the foods and vitamins you eat.
There is no reason you cannot open the capsules and take them but exercise care in doing so.
We highly advise mixing them into a drink or smoothie with some health fats or taking them with a shot of water at the very least. Do not directly just take the oil into your mouth as it may sting.
These are powerful active ingredients, and you should exercise caution when opening the capsule not to get them in your eyes.
Do not place directly on your tongue or touch your eyes after handling.
P.S. They don’t taste great so try to mix them with something yummy!
Fix No1 - Motility and Fix No2 - Control both contain some ingredients that studies suggest can be beneficial to getting rid of parasites in the literature but note there are many types of parasites and these are supplementary products.
These can also be purchased in a bundle: IBS 1 and 2 Top Up
Fix No2 - Control contains berberine and our propriety antimicrobial blend which work together to form a powerful combination with bio film busting ingredients to enhance the product.
When it comes to berberine specifically we pay careful attention to the quality of our active ingredients and how we source, process and encapsulate them.
When dealing with active components of nature and formulating them for the gut, there are multiple factors to consider.
These include the way the gut functions and considering things like stomach acid, the surface area of the GI tract, motility factors, size of the practicals used, quality of the sourcing, where the ingredient was sourced from and at what time of year and how it is encapsulated all to ensure the best quality product possible.
We consider all these factors and more when choosing how to formulate and what combinations of research backed ingredients could be enhanced by combing them.
Fix No1 - Motility was designed for motility issues.

For those with mild gut issues (experience issues under 3 months), Gut Fix should be taken daily in the AM and PM.
If lifestyle factors, stress, illness or other event causes a re-flare, repeat the course.
Do not underestimate the mind-to-gut connection. It is important to manage stress. Stress affects the Migrating Motor Complex (MMC), which is essential in maintaining the gut's health and keeping things in their newfound balance.
Often gut issues occur because of underlying issues that need daily support.
These usually stem from the MMC or issues with tight junction function.
The MMC is the sweeping motion that goes through your intestines every 90 minutes, keeps bacteria levels in check and helps move things through your gut, helping to keep you regular. FixNo1 and FixNo2 help support this mechanism.
The tight junctions are the 'draw bridge' barrier between your gut and the rest of the body that keeps the right things in and lets the right things out into the bloodstream (like nutrients). Gut Fix helps support this mechanism.
When this doesn't function as it should and requires on-going support, which can happen due to a variety of issues (including injury/insult to the gut caused by food poisoning or illness in the past, immune conditions, history of eating disorders, medications, thyroid issues, certain medical conditions, surgery on the abdominal area) then daily support may be required.
FixNo1 and FixNo2 can be taken daily or as symptoms re-trigger to help support the MMC and keep things in check.
If a life/health event causes a re-trigger to repeat the course.
Gut Fix should be taken continuously daily AM and PM.
*Long-term users of FixNo1 and FixNo2 can contact customer service for 15% off exclusive to their account. Only eligible after 1 x 6 pack and one 3 pack minimum.

Unfortunately, sometimes in life, things will happen that trigger a relapse.
Reasons can range from illness, antibiotic use, incorrect use of probiotics, infection, surgery, severe or stressful situations affecting the guts' function, food poisoning, etc.
Reasons can also include failure to continue to support a damaged MMC with a lowered dose of FixNo1 and FixNo2 post-treatment when you required that, which allows things to build up over time.
Please don't underestimate the impact of stress on the gut. Stress directly affects how our gut functions and stress management is an important factor in avoiding relapse. Stress takes blood flow away from the gut and redirects it to other parts of the body, allowing food and bacteria not to move along as well as it should. You can use FixNo1 and FixNo2 to help counteract this, but stress management is still vital in avoiding relapse.
In this case of relapse, restart the course and see our duration guidelines for use recommendations depending on the severity of gut issues that have come back.

No - we use DGL licorice.
Unprocessed licorice root can raise blood pressure but the licorice we formulate with has had the component responsible for that effect removed. This is called deglycyrrhizinated licorice.

We use super high quality L-glutamine as studies prove it helps, nourishes and supports gut cell regeneration which occurs every 48hrs. L-Glutamine is a major fuel source for enterocytes (intestinal cells and brain cells). L-glutamine is a unique amino acid that serves countless major functions in your body. L-glutamine has been widely studied and found to support gut health.
- supports muscle mass
- fuels the cells of the gut to function properly
- supports the integrity of the gut lining
- reduction in bloating

We use marshmallow root in Gut Fix - Repair as it is a powerful ingredient. It has been studied and found to improve mucous membrane health.
Marshmallow root supports the gut by:
- coating the digestive tract with a protective lining to support a balanced inflammatory response in the gut
- restoring cell junctions
- soothing the stomach lining
- promoting regular bowel movements

We use quercetin in Gut Fix - Repair as quercetin can enhance intestinal barrier function and modulates gut microbiota composition. The activities of tight junction proteins at the gut epithelium enhance barrier functions and reduce inflammation, protecting the host from colonic diseases.
Quercetin is a naturally occurring free radical scavenger that supports healthy immune system function. Studies suggest that quercetin affects the progress of microbiota-associated diseases. Notably, quercetin supplementation increased gut microbial diversity, which may improve gut protection.
