What is SIBO/Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth:

Small intestine bacterial overgrowth and is the leading cause of IBS and effects women at double the rate. It accounts for 70-90% of all IBS.

What is Candida:

Candida is a yeast that lives in the mouth, intestines, and skin. The fungus is harmless at normal levels, but modern life often leads to overgrowth in the digestive track. Use of antibiotics is one of the leading risk factors for Candida.

DIE-OFF

If you are taking these products for Candida or SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) die-off is a common side effect in the first few weeks of taking them.

The science of die-off:

It usually takes place short-term from a few days to a few weeks and is a natural detoxification reaction in the body well studied in medicine. As the body detoxifies, it is not uncommon to experience flu-like symptoms including headache, joint and muscle pain, body aches, general malaise, sweating, chills, nausea, or other symptoms.
